on top of the filter are three lines closest is fuel to motor middle return back one inlet open back one [inlet] and pump with primer when diesel comes through reconnect. open front one [outlet] and pump till fuel comes out of filter reconnect and pump for a couple of minutes this should prime the engine turn the engine over and it should start
